From Los Angeles:
1. Travel south on the 5 or 405 freeways
2. Take the 55 freeway south (towards Newport Beach)
3. The 55 freeway ends at Newport Boulevard... Continue straight on Newport Boulevard
4. At 21st Street (near the Newport Pier), the Newport Boulevard street name changes
    to Balboa Boulevard.  Continue on for approximately 2 miles down Balboa Boulevard.

From San Diego:
1. Go north on the 5 freeway
2. Take the 73 Toll Road North
3. Take the 55 freeway south (towards Newport Beach)
4. The 55 freeway ends at Newport Boulevard... Continue straight on Newport Boulevard
5. At 21st Street (near the Newport Pier), the Newport Boulevard street name changes
    to Balboa Boulevard.  Continue on for approximately 2 miles down Balboa Boulevard.

From San Bernardino/Riverside:
1. Go west on the 91 freeway
2. Take the 91 to the beginning of the 55 freeway.
3. Take the 55 freeway south (towards Newport Beach)
4. The 55 freeway ends at Newport Boulevard... Continue straight on Newport Boulevard
5. At 21st Street (near the Newport Pier), the Newport Boulevard street name changes
    to Balboa Boulevard.  Continue on for approximately 2 miles down Balboa Boulevard.

Parking Information:

Beach Parking Lot - Turn right on Palm Street, continue 500 yards to the entrance of the Municipal Beach Parking Lot. A gated parking ticket dispenser will automatically dispense a temporary parking permit.  Upon exit, the parking fee is $1 per hour.  FREE PARKING AFTER 6PM!

Metered Parking -  Limited metered parking is available along Balboa Boulevard, Palm Street and East Bay Street.  The cost is .25 cents per 15 minutes, with a maximum of 2 hours.  (Bring quarters!)
Note:  On-street parking on Mondays & Tuesdays 8:30am - 12:30pm is limited due to street cleaning.  FREE PARKING AFTER 6PM!

Newport Landing Parking Structure - Located on the corner of East Bay Street and Adams.  Valet parking.  Garage closes at 10pm.
